Virtual Map Tours is designed for high-end, lucrative virtual tours. These tours typically sell for between $2000 and $4000 based on size and included features. Depending on the size of the tour and your level of participation, you could earn up to $2500 per tour.

Create at least one tour to show understanding and capability of the system.
Referrals
For jobs we refer to you, we will expect you to represent us in the same professional manner that you present yourself to your own clients. In addition, you may be responsible for collecting additional content from them including scripts for narration, maps or scans, logos, or any other content they want included in the tour. Payment for contracted tours to you will be made in two installments – a down payment at the outset, and balance due at completion.
All jobs that are referred to you will include all deliverables, requirements, and compensation. Each job will require your signature to accept the job. You of course have the option to decline any referral work.
Act as Virtual Map Tour representative for all referred work
Get all required paperwork signed by client
Coordinate photo shoot with client
Gather required content from client
Pictures and panoramas
Maps or scans
Descriptions and scripts for sound files
Other materials the client wishes to have included in their tour
Collect payment if necessary
If the client is referred to you by VMT and pays VMT directly you will get a down payment at the outset of the job and a final payment upon delivery (Note: we will never deliver without complete payment from the client)
If the client comes to us through you then you will need to collect a down payment from the client and proceed as described above.
Sometimes clients will order multiple tours and will be on recurring billing. These accounts can be quite large and therefore will afford individual customer service and collection agreements on an individual basis.
Upload all materials to the VMT server
Check the result of our work and submit completed tour to the client
Review finished tour with client to ensure satisfaction

Costs
Virtual Map Tours offers a basic free membership. We recommend that everyone start with this and upgrade as needed. Premium, Professional, and Commercial memberships are available which provide more storage, a greater number of active tours, larger tour size, and more tour downloads. As your virtual tour business grows, you may find it beneficial to upgrade.

The Photographer Network membership is separate from the tour-building membership unless you join as a Professional Photographer. The Professional Photographer Membership has access to all functions through the one account. We encourage everyone to establish a basic free membership first and become familiar and comfortable with the system before upgrading to a Premium or Professional membership.
